A Riverside Summer Engagement Session

I always try to add my engaged couples as friends on social media before their session. That way I get a chance to get to know them a bit, see what they look like so I know who I’m looking for in the parking lot, and so I can tag them in all of their photos! Plus, we’ll be real friends by the time their wedding rolls around, so ya might as well start the friendship off right away! I loved “getting to know” Tanya through following her on Facebook. This girl seemed to good to be true-kind, smart, funny, real, and so gorgeous. I couldn’t wait to meet her and Brent in real life! Although some people’s highlight reel on their social media page portrays a vastly different image than what they are like in real life, this was definitely not true of Tanya. Tanya and Brent were just as fun and kind and gorgeous as I thought they would be!

We had a blast exploring around the Praire River Dam for their engagement session. These two are as equally gorgeous when they are sharing a romantic kiss in the middle of the water as they are belly laughing together! I can’t wait for their wedding next month! They’ll be enjoying a beautiful outdoor ceremony in Gunn Park and then heading to the Timberlake Lodge for the reception!
