Midwest Summer Engagement Photos

I am so excited to share some of my favorites from Thomas and Olivia’s engagement session! I look forward to all of my engagement sessions and eagerly anticipate meeting my new couples and getting to know them, but this time it was a little different. You see, Thomas is my best friend’s younger brother. I grew up playing at his family’s home in the country, eating way too many cherry squares from their cherry orchard, and spending countless nights sleeping over. This family is so near and dear to my heart! So I could not be more honored or thrilled to be photographing Thomas and Olivia’s wedding!

I already knew Thomas was a stand-up guy and was so excited to meet Olivia and get to know the girl he asked to be his wife! And my oh my is she a sweetheart! These two make the most perfect pair! I hardly had to give them any direction during the session because they were just so dang cute together-cuddling and snuggling and looking all adorable with no prompting!

We spent the evening talking about how they met, the wedding and their plans together after they become husband and wife. We walked around Thomas’ family’s orchard and stopped for photos amongst the cherry trees and other fun spots on the farm. It was a beautiful summer evening! Congratulations Thomas and Olivia! I could not be more happy for you!!
