A Minneapolis, MN Winter Engagement Session

I met Mathew and Michelle at Minnehaha Falls for their engagement session. It was so fun to explore a new place and get to know this adorable couple! And although we were hoping for a sunny, warmish day to explore the falls and fun trails, we still had a great time venturing through this beautiful place!

The snow packed trails around the park and down to the falls were extremely icy. The slick ground was difficult to maneuver, which made taking photos interesting and sometimes even a little scary! I loved witnessing Mathew take such caution and care for Michelle. He always went first down the path and was there to offer a hand and support. It was so precious to see the way he loves her!

We made a loop around the park and talked about how they met and their plans for their summer wedding! It was a great evening! Engagement sessions are always a highlight for me as it gives us a chance to get to know one another and to become comfortable taking photos together!
