A Minneapolis, MN Winter Engagement Session

I met James and Chelsea for their engagement session at one of their favorite places-Powderhorn Park. The two of them have spent countless hours walking around this park as it is close to their home and offers a peaceful and beautiful escape from the bustling city life of Minneapolis. So although these photos are gorgeous with the sun streaming through the evergreens and fresh snow on the ground, there is so much more to this location. It holds countless memories of time spent together!

Chelsea and James are world travelers and crave adventure. James proposed in Italy and they’re heading north for their wedding at Sugarcrest– a gorgeous venue on one of northern Minnesota’s most beautiful lakes! I was thrilled to finally meet them and spend the afternoon together! Besides being absolutely gorgeous people-they are kind and considerate and so easy to spend time with! They make such a lovely couple and I feel so fortunate to be their wedding photographer!
