A Grand Rapids, MN Engagement Session

I LOVE engagement sessions for so many reasons. I obviously enjoy taking photos of beautiful couples that are in love, and I always feel so privileged to be the one to capture this exciting time in their lives, but the thing that I enjoy most of all is getting to know my couples! It makes things so much more special and meaningful when you know the people you are working with. By the time the wedding comes around it feels more like I’m going to a friend’s wedding with a camera than heading to a job!

I had such an amazing time with Stephanie and Phil this past weekend! Stephanie is one of the sweetest girls I’ve met-she is like this “southern bell” of a girl that is as beautiful on the outside as she is on the inside. And Phil is her perfect match-although he has the “tough guy” look down, don’t let that fool you! He has a soft and tender heart that is crazy about Stephanie!

These two have a few more months of summer fun before their fall wedding in September! And I caaaaannnn’t wait! It is going to be gorgeous! Congratulations Stephanie and Phil!! I seriously could not be happier for you!
